- Vagina
- Carefully insert swab 2-3 inches into vaginal canal. Gently rotate for 10-30 seconds, making sure swab touches vaginal wall.
- Endocervical
- Carefully insert swab into endocervical canal. Gently rotate for 10-30 seconds.
- Male Urethra
- Carefully insert swab into urethra. Gently rotate for 2-3 seconds.
