See Path Lab catalog for instructions per sample type.(Peripheral blood, Bone marrow, Tissue - routinely go to Path Lab  - (ALL Flow specimens go to Neogenomics on Fridays) On fridays the Flow order for these sample types needs canceled and a Flow Cytometry order to Neo needs ordered. Order code FLCYTN (this code is a lab orderable code only and not available in EPIC).

Specimens that ALWAYS go to Neogenomics include, body fluids, CSF, Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) on Blood, Cytology Bronchial alveolar Lavage (BAL) - order code for these should be Flow Cytology to Neo order code FLCYTN.
