Important Note

Please follow the instructions below to place a Miscellaneous Lab Test

1. You can find the link for Mayo Medical Lab in the link provided under Performing Lab.

2. Find the test(s) you are looking for and write down the TEST ID (found at the top of the page)

3. Order LAB2608 in EPIC.  Under the comment section, put the TEST ID from step 2.

NOTE:  Please note if there are any special collection procedures.  Inform patient of these procedures before sending to the laboratory.
